More countries see shortfall in their US$ reserves as debt servicing requirements go up and their resource exports  slows.

The US$ is expected to rise at least to the middle of next year as Fed policy remains tight

My thinking is US treasury with 5.5% yield is good.

You gain the 5.5% plus you ride the USD up. ...for a double win

The US$ shortage situation will not resolve until well jnto next Yr.
