air fried chicken.
washed chicken, cut away excess fats.
rub with salt and leave it for 1/2 hours. wash off salt.
pour hot water over the chicken. the the effect the hot water has gone thru skin once.
marinate the chicken with light soya sauce and ginger juice(powder etc). put chicken in air flyer.
put to reheat to dry out the skin. about 10 min ok.
then heat to 150 for 10 min, turn around another 10 min,
used chopstick to poke see if there is blood. no blodd means cooked.
bloody? add another few min..
done. enjoy air fly chicken. crispy skin, soya sauce and ginger make it taste quite good,
try it.
