Time : 25mins( no flipping required)
Add or spray oil and seasoning with salt and pepper on both side. Remember to ask the fish monger to remove the intrait and scale.

Whole crab
Temp: 180 or 200
Time : 5 to 8 mins ( you may want to increase the timing to a couple mins more)
Crab chop into pieces . Drizzle with oil and seasoning with chilli powder
Once done can add curry sauce ( optional)
