Changi received a score of 7.4 out of 10 for on-time performance, 8.8 for customer opinion and 8.9 for the quality of food and shops."

Their overall findings were more elaborate and relevant to frequent international travellers ..

34th spot is accurately ranked

AirHelp claimed, but it is not a known rating agency. It is a company that specializes in helping air passengers claim compensation for delayed, canceled, or overbooked flights.   They must have a hard time claiming compensation from those airports that do not have such good ratings.

Even Highly rated in World's IQ, Singapore PM Wong sent his closest DPM Gan flying 15,532 km to Washington yet, he returned empty handed.

So far, Nothing has been done or planned to upgrade Changi airport so, the fear is next year rating maybe drop from 34 to 43
