Sometimes tap is is not registered at entry or exit and the fare is not charged correctly 

I check monthly to tally my total expenditure on public transport and last month j found I was over charged by $1.15 due to missing tap out in the transaction.

The SimplyGo mobile app allows you to file a claim should that occur.

Always remember to check every single electronic transaction for error as you may be overcharged.
