Australia probably cannot take it anymore with their coal, ore and wines sales are suffering.

Could have brought them into deficits for many years. And with current pandemic economy, Australia must have suffered a great deal from China.

So now they have no choice but to go back to the discussion tables with China? Probably will help their economy to some extent and maybe also help them in their unemployment rate?

Quite true, Australia has lost lots of business from China.  Their exports of coal, iron ore and wines business has suffered.............. Clapping

In doing a search of the news. Found the following link which was reported in 2021. Looks like Australia must have suffered big time. I have not found any report for this year’s report.

https://indaily.com.au/news/2021/08/13/a...nd-rising/

I think this year they would suffered even more, which bring Australia trying to mend the relationship with China. Not sure how this will turn out, but sure hope Australia will not blindly follow the American’s lies and try to bring China to heel to the west. Instead respect the Chinese on equal level playing field. Just my opinion.

Australia relies on China for its economy. For trade with Australia, China's contribution is bigger than a few countries combined. Education, it also contributes a lot.
