If you are infected, you don't need to see a doctor. You just need to self recover at home till you test negative for ART. No medicine. No case recorded.

If you really wish to know that you have Covid, you need to have a PCR test which is not cheap. Your case will be recorded if you are tested positive and it comes with a 10 days quarantine.
