There is a staff from this company Createxxxt also like that. After quoting him the price for certain part number, he would tell us that he need these parts urgently and told us to indent immediately. He said will send the official P.O. the next day. Luckily, I am not so stupid to believe him. Never receive any P.O. from him for the next few days.

Blame himself. Usually should receive the deposit first then proceed to order the ingredients.

Anyway the 27k is not the actual amount he lost. Is the amount he would have made if it was a genuine purchase.

He probably lost much less as only lost the cost of ingredients and can always resell the wines.
