Is " purposely " if you see those BIG project they like to insert to 5 years timeline. JUST Nice for next GE to showcase.

Like TPY Stadium , finally revamp. 2030 complete. You see the timeline just Nice for next GE which is 2030. Not just TPY also other PAP GRC , SMC.

Intentionally drag and wait till GE to give out to residents. This means that the Govt purposely drag the distress and inconvenience to gain upper hand.
