These type of home must close all windows and doors and turn on aircon 24/7 to prevent cockroaches and lizards form entering.
Meaning not power saving environmental friendly and high running costs.

BTO Flats same what.
My relative use to stay the Highest level I remember is 41 storey . Now BTO flat the highest is only Duxton which is 53 ? I forget but it the currently Highest BTO Flat.
My relative got tell me , also got lizard , cockroaches one even you stay the Highest floor.
and the water drip down actually the MOST dirty , as your unit it the first contact from the dirty rooftop whereby birds always like to poo, sleep when night come.

The unit must be next to the chute in order to welcome pests even if high up.
