Crazy. Most Chinese msians will go to Australian universities to further their tertiary education. Never stay back in Msia. The Malaysian Malays all substandard types

These top students will leave before or after university to sg or elsewhere. So it makes sense to give their placements to other students. Also it won't be so stressful without them.

Our med sch had rejected top students before, and accepted students with only 3, 4 As instead. The reasons could be bad interviews, poor portfolio, bad recommendations, lousy eca, not enough community work, ....

If the Matriculation is good, the top students of STPM should hv even a better chance to enter the public Universities. The Matriculation Exam is just a back door system.
