No offence meant at Malays but some of their food with those lemak is not heart friendly.
But his case could be congenital.... ie his genetic code predisposed him to heart disease. If he's diabetic - Malays have a high rate - then heart diseases are one of the bad stuff that follow in a lot of cases.
I think and I hope I am not proven wrong he ate a balanced diet..
