Lower floors ofc cheaper. If you really want to buy, engage a good agent for free advice, or pay a bit for an adviser with unbiased advice better lah

I yea maybe those Civil servants buying leh, since their Mid and Year end bonus CONFIRM are there yearly + Yearly increment + performance bonus. I do know quite a lot civil servants buy condo to invest beside stay beside own car partly due to their Confirm two bonus each year , and wages keep increase yearly + bonus is if got performance bonus another sum of money. Even they do suggestion come WSQ or WSO I forget , like suggest a ways to improve if get selection got money take also.

even come GE , those been assigned to station just for that day also got money take few hundred ++ depend your rank and do what.
