All my uncles loved big land at jln kayu and yio chu kang. My aunties loved big houses at orchard and river valley. Later all sold and passed to children.

Last time businessmen always kept their money in properties which were the safest thing to do. As long as their children dun gamble, do drug, womanise, their wealth would increase over time
