This cannot drink too much. It is a powerful expectorant. If no congestion it is best not to take.

Do you take TWG tea? Find that it’s not bad.
Used to take Fauchon tea, that’s pretty good.

Nowadays I pluck pandan leaves from my garden and brew it together with lemongrass. Good to get rid of excessive uric acid.

Personally love the Korean brand Osulloc. The tangerine tea has a depth of flavour that I haven't experienced in awhile. This is comparing to brands like TWG and T2 where Osulloc just feels much more organic to me.

Been some time since I post about tea. Recently I bought lots of puer online, direct from a tea factory in China. And the factory is located in yunnan, which is the province famous for puer, so the tea must be authentic.

Now my tea is with my relatives in China. Will go collect from them when I next visit them in May.

Pur er - Must use 100 deg C
White tea - depends on age. Above 3 years use 100 deg C, below 3 years use 90 deg C.

Got. But since I'll be there I might as well save on some delivery fee. Moreover, my luggage is quite empty and it'll be a waste to leave it empty.
