Russian is also Japan's neighbor, when they happily face off with China, Russian may fly some projectiles over, bear in mind there is no US base in Northern Japan including Tokyo basin.

Britain is now a 3rd rate country, it has huge economic downturn and faces bankruptcy, no country bothers about this island nation. Asia is so far away, it still thinks it is still the Great Brain of the past?

CSIS also miscalculated or conveniently forgot about Russian. US + Japan + Taiwan Vs PRC = pyrrhic win by US. But why did not consider Russian and NK? they assumed Russian and NK very scared? dare not join in?
