Meaning 100 messages and 25 sms is outgoing?
How about incoming? FOC?

Used before. Yes free incoming and free data on WhatsApp.
Now I switched to myrepublic, better. 50 gb at 4g, then unlimited. 500 sms, 500 min. $17

Singtel sorry, i used for donkey years and i find it too expensive...

Singtel sucks. Circles ok but now can't compete. Others offer better value but depends on individual needs.
