Foxconn is the contract manufacturer of Apple. If it is not under pressure from China government, they will not pull out the Chinese engineers and technicians. This move will slow down the training of new staff and might affect production in India. It is just a challenging situation for Apple and Foxconn. They should have expected such move from the Chinese Governmrnt.
