Of cos. Only the ignorant will still think that they cannot speak good English. My lecturer friends in the NUS said that the English standard of PRC students/research staff is very high, quite unlike those who came twenty years ago.

Often saw 2 young prc boys at the playground nearby, and heard them talking in perfect putonghua mixed with english with an American accent like those in the youtube. Wonder where they acquired the accent from?
