So far almost no full time job in the stat board in the past few years. All 2 or 3 years contract.  Some even 9 months so that no need to pay 13 months and bonus.

Retrenchment already very common last 20-30yrs, children need to learn to be resilient like the parents, fall down, stand up, dust yourself and move forward. 

Unless the parents sheltered pampered and softened the children .... then good luck them
