Some parts of US market remain overvalued

In Singapore Keppel, and SCI looks attractive given the recovery cycle.

China Tech is where the bargain basement is as investors have completely abandoned them due to a long list of issues. some expertise and risk management is needed. In previous stock selloffs kn China the peak to trough is 50-60% and these are not in crisis periods...basically the Chinese investors like to cheong momentum and later completely abandon stocks. The peak to trough of Chiinese stocks is very high unlike all other countries...but that is where opportunity lies...like US it has a big addressable market even as its economy slows.
