Alibaba is simple despite those nay sayers crying father mother over the stock price falling.
I tried but cannot understand why Sea Ltd is a buy.
The gaming segment generates money to fund ecommerce which today is remains an attrition game with high capex. ...against a larger opponent with deeper pocket which is Alibaba.
Despite rising revenues the negative cashflow drain will persist for a long long time until both sides decided to split the market share or operate as an oligopoly. Alibaba with its massive cashflow does not need to play ball with Sea for a long time.
