Bank account has check fights in it, if the length of the account is incorrect, the check digits will fail, how could Aussie Bank add an additional zero in front and approve the transaction? Looks like their banking system is sloppy and there are no check fights in account numbers

Banks should consider adding in account numbers a checksum alphabet character, such as in our NRIC and car plate numbers. This would catch many of such errors.
