Yes, all Delta and Omicron infections comes from Changi Airport, and they are imported cases.  We should have banned those passengers that hail from oversea countries that had infections for Delta and Omicron infections, even though we may lose out on our economic gains......

I suspect that there may be more than 3 who are infected in Singapore.  Many had gone undetected and hidden under the carpet...
