actually FYI The authority in fact got so call " upgrade this Merlion " recently.
Is some one happen to see cracks on the merlion and Mainstream media reported.
It seem like the sub con they get maybe doing a sloppy job but again those civil servant in charge never check properly?????
Whenever come hand over , etc job done. Those Civil servants so call Technical Officer will go on the spot check is it done properly than approve the job done.
