## Types of Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder, also known as manic-depressive illness, is a mental health condition characterized by extreme mood swings. There are several types of bipolar disorder, each with its own unique symptoms and characteristics.

### 1. Bipolar I Disorder
This is the most severe form of bipolar disorder, characterized by at least one manic episode. During a manic episode, individuals may experience:

* **Elevated mood:** Feeling excessively happy, euphoric, or irritable
* **Increased energy:** Feeling restless or having difficulty sleeping
* **Racing thoughts:** Experiencing rapid thoughts that are difficult to control
* **Impulsive behavior:** Engaging in risky or impulsive actions
* **Grandiose ideas:** Believing they have extraordinary abilities or powers

### 2. Bipolar II Disorder
Bipolar II disorder involves alternating periods of major depression and hypomania. Hypomania is a less severe form of mania, characterized by:

* **Elevated mood:** Feeling more energetic, optimistic, and creative
* **Increased activity:** Being more productive or social
* **Decreased need for sleep:** Sleeping less than usual

### 3. Cyclothymia
Cyclothymia is a milder form of bipolar disorder characterized by frequent mood swings that are not as severe as those in bipolar I or II. Individuals with cyclothymia may experience periods of hypomania and depression, but these episodes are not as intense or prolonged.

### 4. Rapid Cycling Bipolar Disorder
Individuals with rapid cycling bipolar disorder experience four or more mood episodes (manic, hypomanic, or depressive) within a year.

### 5. Unspecified Bipolar Disorder
This category is used when an individual meets the criteria for bipolar disorder but does not fit neatly into
one of the other subtypes.

Bipolar disorder symptoms can vary but often include extreme mood swings — from very high energy and euphoria (mania) to deep lows and sadness (depression). People might also experience changes in sleep, energy, and behavior during these phases. If you or someone you know is struggling, don’t hesitate to reach out for mental help — getting support early makes a big difference.

But this morning say "So Happy, Got job"

You can see his mood SWING within 12 HRS
