Be'coz Mr Robertson is an American citizen and based in Thailand, not SG. Also HRW isn't a truly UN-related entity.
it is an NGO funded by left-wing interests and business entities like George Soro's Open Society Foundation which provided US$100m over last decades..and not a single cent from UN itself.
So one wanna guess whom Mr Robertson is answerable to?
