Batampos – BP Batam will rent landed houses for elderly Rempang residents. This was conveyed by the Head of BP Batam, Muhammad Rudi.
"If someone is unable to (climb the stairs in a flat), we will prepare a landed house. "We rent all Types 36 and 45 (those in Batam)," said Rudi in a press conference about Rempang investment development, Tuesday (12/9).
Rudi admitted that the government was preparing the best for the people of Rempang. This house is only temporary, said Rudi, until the government has finished building a new village in Dapur 3, Sijantung, Galang.
"Hopefully it can be accepted," said Rudi. (*)
