if not expensive how can SP POWER make 1billion profit a yr ????????????

We have deregulated our power industry already. SP now no more generating power. They add only the transmission network cost which is about 25% of total electricity cost. Power generation is about 65% and r price sensitive to energy cost. Power generators will benefit most.
