Housing Board has launched more than 9,000 flats in October's Build-to-Order exercise, which includes a record number of Prime units in Bishan, Bukit Merah and Toa Payoh. Analysts said Prime project Berlayar Residences — the first public housing project within the Greater Southern Waterfront area — is the one to watch, despite it having a highest-ever subsidy clawback rate of 14%. October's exercise is also the first time parents and their children, regardless of marital status, can jointly apply for two units in the same BTO project under the Family Care Scheme. Alexandra Anand reports.

Frustrating w/8-yrs waiting for BTO flat?.

Here!, HDB resale prices to rise between ONLY 3% to 5% for full year, with total transactions reaching around 28,000 to 29,000 units... Rotfl Looking ahead, analysts expect the resale market to remain subdued in the final quarter of 2025 as demand typically softens during year-end holidays, the recent increase in BTO supply and upcoming policy reviews on income ceilings and eligibility criteria for new flats could further divert buyers away from resale segment...no way lehh with for eg: they are many who may wanted a bigger flat like specically from 4-5 rooms to exective, this gave buyer a choice.
