- Sending notification to a customer's existing mobile number or email registered with the bank whenever there is a request to change a customer’s mobile number or email address
What does this notificatión serve? What is needed is an OTP sent to a registered email to be approved before any change can be done, especially for any change in the registered phone number
Nowadays, the registered phone number is central to almost all dealings, so any change must be properly approved and no breach
Knn, again, these idiots dont seem to know their job at all

So this is an implicit admission that the banks have sent clickable links before to customers, and hence there was a security oversight.

I received two authentic emails from DBS today.
One is to say that they will remove clickable links from emails and SMS wef today.
Guess what, the second email to confirm a transaction still has a clickable link (leading to the DBS homepage). Fail.
