those leftover cooking oil how? Make Curry puff needs lots of oil to deep fry.

Do you know I use 500g of chicken breast to make the curry. Oil, gas, potatoes, lemon grass, onion, garlic, curry powder and labour of 3-4 hours to make 24 puff.

That day I bought curry puff made in Malay home. $2 for 3. My one is so much nicer and three times bigger with meat. Mine eat two and drink a can of jiajia is my dinner.

you mean comments about the shapes of the puffs? besides the taste, the smell, the colors, the textures and the shape aso lah. but most ppl only mind about the first 3, 色香味俱全
