Actually I noticed the town council using the same key to unlock the tap.

I guess partly coincidence maybe they using the same sub con.

Last time my workplace this cleaner show me a key to unlock the public tap in office is to same as Town council using it.

So what it mean ? If you got that key literally I can turn on the public taps at any HDB block.

How to tell or know he’s not authorized to use the water?

S'poreans are desperately finding all ways to save money from illegally tapping water at HDB void decks to even residents of some condos taking showers at the changing rooms beside the swimming pool.

Nah, You see those town council sub contractor those cleaners wash your neighbourhood , corridors are using Clean water same like we use those water from our home.

If you claim " rain water " , use simple logic to think. So many HDB blocks and every month cleaners clean the block , use the water can those rain water enough to feed the usage? Impossible , next you see SG weather most of the days are hot and humid.

So there you go..

There are people who steal water from toilets in Pasir Ris Park on mulltiple trips almost everyday! One of them starts very early in the morning as early as about 3.00 am. He would cycle to the park with a few containers on his bicycle and fill them up from the toilet (usually No 1, near Loyang side). He would then jog at the park and then return. I was told by a former toilet cleaner that he made multiple trips a day!

PMD users would steal electricity from the toilet (number 4) from the socket for the vending machines!

Once I called the cops, but they did not seem interested. Now I don't call them any more!

Before: At your service; After: Serves you right!
