The problem is that in risk averse SG, envy doesn't spur the person to greater heights of achievement, but to mere jealousy. The longer that person remains w/o the possessions that they long for, the more he/she will be consumed by the envy which will ultimately destroy that individual. The best is for those who have been blessed with material possessions to view them as gifts from God in this temporal world; such people will not see these items as belonging to them, but to the Lord. In my opinion, I own nothing on earth.
