looking at his body.................shouldn't be able to run that fast..............also blacks have different type of muscles vs asians.......

Hard to say. If at the same age he is faster than Usain Bolt...i believe still have chance but he may peak earlier ...then the Amrericans , Jamaicans over take him.
Many yrs ago one Japanese boy was fastest at age 14.
Then his performance peaked at 10.2s.
