Simple to solved. Ban alcohol altogether. No alcohol there will be no Ktv, no bar, no nitclub, no discotheque, ndrink driving accidents.
what say u guys drinkers. Drinking is in the blood of Chinese of all Nationality. Fine won't get rid of drink driving accidents. Cut the root then there will not be a single drink driving accidents.
