I think there is no legal ground to punish OBS because being a businessman giving presents and favours to clients is acceptable practice. Whereas, civil servants are required to have high moral standards and taking bribes is totally unacceptable.

U know the real story ? Actually this F1 is benefit A lot for OBS himself. Benefit for SG what more tourist come to see F1 is not really in term compare OBS benefits come his hotel empire etc.
That time is iswaren as transport minister this is why OBS wanna “ bribe “ him to push this F1 event to get approve by the Govt aka pap.
