But compatible ones are of similar quality.

I bought before in Malaysia cost me $12 ringgit quite comfortable but use only 4 yrs rubber won out.But I consider I a good malaysian brand.
Quite happy tk see it on sale on tikTok I already ordered one pair.

These are compatible products. They are usually made in Thailand. Now, Malaysia also doesn't have these prices. It is RM$17 or more for the simplest model. Maybe the RM$12 is for baby to wear.
These models on top cost even more. It is 99.999% con job.
Birkenstock.. Paragon has one shop. Now, don't know if still there a not.
