Me do apheresis ... donation shorter than blood ... must drink more water before donation day else it will take a longer time ... after that got iron pill n milo or sumthing to eat ... foc  Big Grin
There is no right or wrong decisions. 
One only has to bear the consequences that one makes  Big Grin

I am regular donor, last year I have donated but not his year. Too busy with work, maybe will try to do it this weekend. I am into my 36 or 37 times already.

Had wanted to do apheresis, not sure how to qualify for that?
