Partly due to that Logo on the car. You drive people straight know you rent it. Yesterday news epic claim a lot go rent cars from rental car companies, a lot rent for long term. Partly they no need to worry on maintenance it next also due to high COE.
Next those rental cars just like " private owned cars " you don't even know that driver is driving a rental car or personal owned it. You know rah Singaporean most " want face " drive that Blue SG rental car people will laugh you no money buy car?
at least come rental car , you can BS claim you buy one since the rental car don't have any logo etc.

Automotive consultant Vincent Ng echoed that sentiment, saying that BlueSG’s cars were limited in range and slow to charge, hampering their competitiveness and user-friendliness.
In its last update in 2020, BlueSG had 80,000 users. Currently, GetGo is the largest car-sharing service in Singapore with around 400,000 users.

you forget other rental car companies. Now the demand for rental cars are a lot. News yesterday claim a lot mid 30s driver rent for long term partly due to high COE they turn to rental cars.
In fact high COE are due to rental cars company bidding they need to bid a lot.

Is not me, is those driver want face rah. You go see lor , most will rather go rent from those car companies than rent from BlueSG , that logo so striking. You drive it on the road people straight noticed you rent a car lor.

I got noticed my cousin , army friends they always rent cars from car companies not BlueSG. I ask them why they tell me eee got logo like weird driving it like driving a company van.
