he wants to solve problem of longer mortality cannot do it urgently one.
if he change to retirement age increased but live 10-20 years later, his pressure will notbe so great.
by then those retiring in 10-20 years will be ready for it. more goodies can be added along the way to soften the impact.
people want to retire soon then change goal post, sure not happy
