That bus driver is so impatient that he shouldn't be in a customer facing job. The elderly are not as alert, aware or have the same sharp eyesight as younger passengers. Perhaps the driver should be trained to service/repair the buses. He may scold the vehicles whenever they breakdown or are in need of repairs.
