May not always be the case. Moi do know a few people that did this to stray cats when they are around the age of Primary school kids.
And those that moi knew in RL so far ish all grew up into normal adults with a family and actual jobs in their late 40s early 50s, didn't become serial killer or criminals. Maybe can claim ish not yet, but at least now still live like a normal person lah.
