What win-win? UK lowers tariff from 5% to 1.5% but U.S. keeps 10% tariff intact. So it is UK loses and the U.S. wins …anyway Britain has trade deficit in US trade, the total UK-US is very small, sound 1% of the U.S. global trade. Therefore it is insignificant.
