He bought a foot-long sharp knife from a home goods store on the second floor. Lou Yi stabbed a strange woman more than 20 times with a knife. The woman's female friend who was traveling with her failed to stop her and was also stabbed by him. 

The suspect stopped attacking after being hit on the head with a stool by a brave chef (see separate post), and stayed at the scene to stand and cry bitterly.

The deceased Fang Xiaotong (26 years old) and Liu Jixi (22 years old) were friends. They were stabbed multiple times in the body and bled profusely.

The arrested 39-year-old man surnamed Situ reported that he was unemployed and lived with his family.

It is reported that the 39-year-old suspected murderer surnamed Situ is unemployed, lives on CSSA, and suffers from delusional schizophrenia. He sought medical treatment from a psychiatrist in March.

It was reported that he had attempted to behead his father with a knife and needed to be admitted to the hospital for treatment. 

Police are investigating whether the suspect was acquainted with the two women who were killed, and preliminarily believe that the incident did not involve love killings.
