Suggest those hospitals or clinics make a call to those who had applied. Most old people don't read emails.

Not surprised. Just supply & demand issue. There are less than 30,000 Sinopharm available. There are 450,000 Chinese Nationals working in Singapore; only around 80,000 have received Sinovac.
