Hawkers with losing income, can get money from the govt.
why unemployed with no income, cannot get money from the govt ?
unemployed should be worse off as compared to the hawkers.

$250 is no big deals for them. Some hawkers earned many times more than this amt.

Basically, getting aid from Govt is not easy. They checked every corner of yr funds, including banks, investment policies and CPF,
