Correct! English names easier to remember in those days. Not so for this generation English names.  Not the typical English names like Peter, Joseph, Paul, Mary, Susan, Janice... Now all the English names are so foreign never heard before like the girlfriend of the Insurance Agent who died in that  car explosion. What's her name? I can't recall.

Most Chinese names are the names of animals, i.e. Ah Kow, Ah Ter,  or Ah gu, with these Chinese names their child will grow up strong and healthy like the animal's name they possess...... Laughing Rotfl
