Canada is so much larger than tiny S'pore, yet Calgary and many other cities are seeing prices and rental of homes spiralling up. The problem is far greater in our Little Red Dot which is not meant to house 6 million residents. Trim the population down to 3.5 million, and see the cost of living become far more manageable for our long suffering citizens.
