CDC vouchers...e vouchers or paper vouchers????

A classmate  collected his paper vouchers yesterday. 
Said entirely no queue. He was the only one. 

So is it better to have e or paper  vouchers now?

I have not taken mine.

Paper vouchers can sell cheaper on Carosell and use the cash to buy other things that CDC dun accept.

Got buyers?  How many percent discount?

Thot previously got some retailers willing to change for 100% cash??

It is a no brainier, to exchange the paper vouchers for 100% cash.......cos cash is more widely acceptable and more liquid........... Laughing Love Laughing
